Ear Stalk - Steel smelting forgings

This product is used in steel smelting factories and is a customized ear shaft seat for a steel company in Lanzhou. This product is made of 20CrMo material, which has high strength, toughness, and high temperature resistance. The original equipment in the customer's factory was made of casting material, which has a short service life and uneven internal structure. Long term use can easily cause metal fatigue. We are currently using forged products with uniform internal organization. The customer's factory plans to replace the original cast ear shaft seats with brand new forged ear shaft seats.
