How Our Integrated Process Works
Step 1 – Forging
Using advanced forging presses, we shape raw materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel) into dense, grain-optimized blanks. Proper forging eliminates internal voids and ensures mechanical strength.
Step 2 – Fully Automatic CNC Turning
Once forged, the blank moves directly to our fully automatic CNC lathes. We machine the flange face, bore, and outer diameter to the exact dimensions specified on your drawing. Automation means consistent accuracy and minimal human error.
Step 3 – CNC Drilling
Bolt holes are precisely positioned and drilled using CNC drilling machines. Hole alignment, diameter, and count match your drawing – whether standard or non-standard.
Step 4 – Heat Treatment
Depending on material and application requirements, we perform normalizing, annealing, quenching, or tempering. Heat treatment relieves internal stresses and achieves the required mechanical properties.
