The company mainly produces series of flanges in accordance with national standards including American standards (ANSI B16.5, B16.47 A & B series), German standards (DIN series), British standards (BS4504 series), Japanese standards (JIS series), Italian standards (UNI), Australian standards (AS) and Chinese standards (GB, HG, JB). The varieties include weld neck (WN), slip-on (SO), socket weld (SW), lap joint (LJ), blind (BL), threaded (TH), plate (PL), etc., with specifications ranging from 1/2” (DN15) to 60” (DN1500). It can also undertake non-standard flanges and various forgings such as gears, shafts and modules as required by customers. The material quality is guaranteed, and a strict quality assurance system has been established in processing procedures like forging, turning, drilling and heat treatment. Currently, the monthly production capacity of flanges of various specifications reaches 500 tons.
